Orders are typically packed and processed the following day and will be delivered within 1-3 working days. There might be a delay if wrong information such as address or contact number is provided. In the event that you are unable to receive a parcel, there will be a re-attempt in delivery. If the second delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and an additional charge of $5 will be imposed for re-delivery.

CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES
Any custom taxes and duties incurred have to be paid by the customer in order for the parcel to clear customs. iORA will, to the best of our abilities, facilitate the payment of such duties through our courier service.
