Job Description:

List products and maintain optimal inventory level to ensure availability of products
Manage stores on marketplaces and liaise with Key Account Managers to improve traffic, conversion rate and drive sales growth
Participate in monthly and quarterly promotional planning, actively contributing ideas for promotion mechanics and product marketing
Collaborate with Graphic Designer on social media and mailer collateral design
Implement marketing strategies or promotional collaterals, such as updating website banners, scheduling social media posts and creating vouchers/coupons
Generate and compile reports, analysing trends to aid promotional decision-making

Job Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and offer solutions
A keen interest in the latest digital and E-Commerce trends, strong understanding of E-Commerce, digital marketing and logistics/ inventory principles and processes
Customer-focused with strong reliance on data, analysis and insight
Flexible and adaptable to new challenges

Job Description:

Focus on purchasing, inventory control and management
Assist the team in managing purchase orders from sample development to shipment
Receive and process inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry
Assist with filing of paperwork and data entry to ensure that all relevant records are up to date
Coordinate with respective shops to ensure effective stock allocation
Provide support and liaise closely with the logistics team
Assist in the warehouse as and when required

Job Description:

Conceptualize, design and develop range plans for collections through research
Stay up to date with trend forecasts and retail movements to adapt to demands
Work closely with our various counterparts to oversee fit sessions, sampling and production processes
Maintain design integrity while keeping the brand identity consistent
Anticipate and provide relevant solutions to address design problems - through practicality, scalability and being cost-sensitive
Conduct factory visits and sourcing trips
Promote design thinking and innovation to elevate the brand
Manage deliverables and project timelines within the design team
Build a strong team culture

Job Requirements:

Certificate in Fashion Design or equivalent, with 1-2 years of relevant industry experience is a plus
Strong passion in the areas of fashion and styling, with knowledge of current trends, fabrics and technical construction
Design and develop seasonal drops based of online and offline research
Open-minded and flexible, with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deliverables
Able to work confidently, independently, and as part of a team
Exercise open communication with various counterparts (ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin will be a plus)
High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
